Last updated : 20 December 2004 By Dave Morris
13 Steve Wilson - made some good saves first half and had little to do after the break. Looked secure though - 7
3 Graham Potter - an excellent performance from the left sided player. Crosses in were always a threat - 8
4 Matt Carragher - organised defence well, covered plenty of ground - 7
5 Tony Barras - again did well in defence against some tricky opposition - 7
7 Paul Harsley - moved to centre of midfield, but wasn't in game as much as expected - 7
8 Jon Parkin - not just his goals but he contributes so much to Macc's attacking abilities - 8
10 John Miles - made some good runs at the Alfreton defence causing problems for the non-league side - 7
12 Danny Whitaker - did well in patches, played more of a holding role - 7
14 Mike Sheron - as a front man got on the end of several crosses and another great goal - 8
19 Michael Briscoe - came on very late when there was little to do - 7
24 Ian Brightwell - looked a bit lost at times at right back, kept moving into middle of defence - 6
26 Simon Weaver - solid performance - 7
Brian Horton - Was always a potential pratfall of a draw against the team going well at the top of the Conference North. Rang the changes after Saturday's disappointment and then stuck to his guns - 8
